Shira Levine
Shira is an associate at Lecker & Associates, whose practice is dedicated to employment law and human rights. She advocates for employees in a range of workplace matters, including but not limited to employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace discrimination, and workplace harassment. Shira works hard to ensure she produces the best outcome for her clients while keeping in mind both their legal and practical concerns.
As a passionate and driven advocate, Shira has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. She prides herself on developing a bond with each and every client and vigorously defending their rights throughout the entire process.
Shira has a BA in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph and a JD from Queen’s University. She has also received her certificate in Public International Law from the Global International Law Program at the Bader International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, England.
