Brooke M. Auld
B.A. (Hons.), LL.B, LL.M
Brooke is a Junior Associate at Lecker & Associates. Her proficiency in both employment law and union-side labour law is supported with past experience developing policy initiatives, including legislative and regulatory changes at Ontario’s Minister of Labour.
Brooke’s strong interest in advocating for employees’ rights allows her to counsel clients in matters of wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal and workplace harassment. She has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Social
Security Tribunal, courts and arbitrators.
Brooke completed her legal studies at the University of Edinburgh as well as the Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. In her spare time, she remains engaged in politics and has volunteered in provincial and federal elections.
