Caroline Ursulak has practiced in the field of labour and employment law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 1997. Her practice covers the full range of workplace issues, from hiring to firing and all points in between. She has vast experience drafting and negotiating employment and executive contracts, as well as retention and separation agreements. She regularly provides advice on disciplinary and disability management issues, accommodation and human rights matters and on workers’ compensation and employment standards claims. Caroline handles all matters related to the termination of employment, including the negotiation of settlement agreements and wrongful dismissal litigation.
