The Keenan Case was widely reported as one of the most influential of 2016. We represented a husband and wife team, Lawrence and Marilyn Keenan, in their wrongful dismissal case against Canac Kitchens.  And it resulted in highest ever compensation for contractors fired without notice and severance.  This $125,000 court win for set a precedent for precarious workers in Ontario.
