Referral Program – Ontario
Lecker & Associates accepts cases on referral from other lawyers across Ontario seeking experienced counsel for employment law matters. Our mission is to provide expert legal representation to those facing employment challenges, ensuring that the scales of justice are balanced in favour of hardworking individuals.
We regularly assist clients with complex employment law matters including wrongful dismissal, workplace harassment, severance negotiations, disability benefit disputes, and late-career layoffs. Our team is committed to providing practical advice, strong advocacy, and strategic representation for Ontario employees.
We welcome referrals from lawyers who may not practice employment law or who prefer to refer these matters to a firm with focused experience in this area.
